Leading the organization are a dynamic duo of women, boasting a collective experience of over 40 years. Dr Mamohau Del Sekgaphane and Tshidi Modikoane, both bring their unique strengths to the table. Dr Mamohau Del Sekgaphane carries over two decades of experience in transformative work, including senior roles in banking and extensive consulting, she specializes in systemic organizational change. As the founder of Integral Rebirth Dr Mamohau is committed to revitalizing indigenous knowledge systems her PhD introduced an innovative Organizational Change and Development Framework, successfully applied in a top South African Wealth Bank. Dr Mamohau’s mission is to unlock Africa’s wisdom for global leadership challenges. She is a change architect, systems thinker, leadership strategist, transformation and culture artist, innovator engineer, behavioral scientist, and an academic. Tshidi Modikoane, with a rich history of collaboration with organizations entrusted with the task of promoting positive social and behavioral shifts, strives to ingeniously employ her keen business acumen. Her primary objective is to tailor innovative strategies for organizations committed to nurturing advantageous societal transformations.
